Further Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section identifying different sections of the land.

Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for marina coverings.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight release.
